I am unable to figure out the cause of this as I do not have a lot of programming experience

I have hosted the debug log a current dxdiag of the system as well as the generated mini dumps and current state of the symbols folder here

The odd thing is that aero glass itself is not giving any errors and there does not appear to be any obvious errors in the debug log which makes me think possibly windows updated something I had re downloaded fresh symbols but issue persists

You do not need programming experience to see that the entire first page of this sub-forum is about the very same issue you're having.
