UCyborg Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Fast startup feature is known to have some odd behaviors, which can cause what you're experiencing under certain circumstances. There's no definite fix AFAIK. You can try and see if switching to newer or older graphics card drivers helps.
