Windows 9x-compatible installer program?

Title pretty much says it all. I'm hoping to make installing certain patches onto 9x less manual. While not Windows 9x related, I would also love to create an installer for Diyba's ram patch as well.

You can start with CAB and inf . I guess it will be good idea to analyze installer architecture of 98SE USP3 for 9x .....
