StartIsBack++ is partially broken on a few of our computers. I presume this is due to a recent Windows update. However, our computers are fairly similar in version and update status, and this issue only impacts some of them.

The Start menu no longer shows any recent programs in the left column. Instead is simply shows a "sad face" logo. The right column appears mostly normal, but there is a sad face logo there as well. Removing and reinstalling StartIsBack does not fix the issue.

Windows 10 x64, Build 1803. StartIsBack++ 2.6.4.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I have bought a licence and I also still have a smily sad face. it also gives me an error and i cant make any adjustments.

the error message is: failed to set data for Start_searchPrograms
