August 18, 20188 yr Are either of you using a 'privacy app', by any chance? The reason why I am asking is that this would happen if you disabled app start tracking, for instance.
August 19, 20188 yr Do you mean apps that disable Windows 10's 'phone home' functionality, like O&O ShutUp10? I've re-enabled Windows tracking of app starts. Let's see what happens. I'll be back in a couple of days.

August 19, 20188 yr Problem solved then! I use O&O Shutup, too. App start tracking is one of the few options I have enabled, as I like the 'recent application' functionality.
