I got this message from I go to a lot of website.

I know if I click yes, it will try to download and install something to my computer. The macromedia plugin is the only useful one I need so far. How do I disable this message. Thank you very much.

Tools -> Internet Options -> SecurityTab -> Custom Level button.

Then disable downloads of all ActiveX controls. If you already have the Flash one, you shouldn't need to worry about it.

I thought ActiveX must be downloaded by clicking yes, so you can see stuff on the website...

He said he only wants the Macromedia ActiveX controls, so the best way to stop them from being shown is either to disable them completely or install SP2 RC1 which blocks suspicious ActiveX controls.
