FantasyAcquiesce
I ran out of place to ask, so I might as well ask here! Last summer I harvested a bunch of blackberries then juiced and turned some into wine. Fast-forward, I was too lazy to buy anything to preserve the wine so I left it turn into vinegar because I love vinegar more than wine. My wine has turned to a vinegar with a solid 'mother of vinegar', the pure juice that converted to wine then vinegar has 'mother of vinegar' in an oil-spill-like form. So...does anybody have experience with this? Is this vinegar safe? Edited January 29, 2018 by ~♥Aiko♥Chan♥~
Dibya
Lol it sounds like science experiment. I don't know if that edible. I too don't like wine it's alcoholic. But I guess it might not be safe as some times bad fungi grow with yeast. Edited February 12, 2018 by Dibya
