Batch conversion HTML to DOCX

Recommended Posts

What is the best way to batch convert multiple HTML files to DOCX? I understand the batch conversion wizard was removed from Word 2007, the version I have. I also have OpenOffice and LibreOffice.

if you are OK with .Net (and its incredible amount of bloat):

Otherwise (still not exactly a "small" tool):

Libreoffice however allows this, should be more or less:

soffice -headless -convert-to doc -outdir docs/ *.html

Cheers. I ended up using Foxit PhantomPDF.

Does it allow batch conversion of html to doc (or docx)?

I thought it revolved around PDF's. :dubbio:

Sorry I used to convert SHTML to PDF, but I think it does DOC too.
