Media Center only comes OEM from Large PC makers, ie. Dell, HP, Sony, etc., and the pc's it is loaded on must meet certain requirements, TV tuner, remote, etc. You cannot legally get it with out buying a media center PC.

actually, i think you can get it if you pay microsoft abou 2700 dollars for a MSDN subsscription.

I don't no about the law in danmark. In germany it is prohibited to bundle software with hardware. So, if someone sells a OEM Windows seperatly its legal.
