You can edit the Registry or use an app to add or subtract Context Menu items.  That's not
what I need to do.

Delete is located above Rename on my Context Menu.  I don't know why this is happening
to me, but I've clicked on Delete instead of Rename several times.  There is no Undo Delete
command with a flash drive.  Your only option is to use an app like Recuva.  The file recovery
apps I've tried dredge up so many junk files they're a nightmare to use.

If I could remember all the time (which is impossible) I would use keyboard shortcuts instead
of a mouse with flash drives.

I want to move Delete to the bottom of the Context Menu, walled off from all the other items
with a separator line.  I don't know how to do this with a Registry hack.  I'm hoping there is an
app that can do the job.

For Rename, I usually just slow-double-click the file name, which eliminates the chance of accidentally clicking Delete, but I too would like to know if the context menu could be changed. I suppose you could add your own Delete to HKCR/*/Shell, but you'd still need to remove the system-provided Delete.

From a UI standpoint it didn't make sense for Microsoft to put a destructive operation between two non-destructive ones (Create Shortcut and Rename). Even with confirmation, there's too much chance of deleting something unintended.
