Please anyone help me to make a batch file which will add /PAE/fastdetect /debugport=COM2 /baudrate=115200 to boot.ini of xp .please help me .

Get binifix4.cmd from here:

make the small fix here:

and modify it to suit your *needs*, of course you don't need a large part of the script, but it contains the "proper" routines to set/reset attributes of the file and (though probably unneeded) has some validation routines for the allowed sintaxes of the ArcPaths.
