How can I get my xbox 360 wireless to work on win 2000?

Hello everyone, I have bought a xbox 360 pad wireless and I want to get it works on my windows 2000 system (I have obviously installed the blackwingcat's extended  kernel)... I have tried to install the drivers but it doesn't work at all... 

What can I do? Is there a way to get it works on windows 2000? Sorry for my bad English.
