NoelC Posted May 31, 2015 Share Posted May 31, 2015 (edited) The only way I know of since Microsoft stopped coloring them per a value in the registry is to craft inactive border shading resources in the theme atlas to add the color you want. But (unless you set up several such files) your color will be fixed.
