I have been using Paragon 2013 Backup and Restore, the free version, for several months now. I usually make a complete computer backup  to an external hard drive  on a monthly basis. I just noticed that there is an option to create a Recovery Disc, so I just made one. Question....do I have to make a recovery disc every month when I make a backup ?? Probably not, but when would suggest I make one ?? Thanks, Mike

One is enough. It's just a "backup" way to start your recovery procedure in case you (also) lost the ability to start the computer (and thus the program) the "normal" way.
