K9N Neo PCB 2.0 and Windows 98SE - can I have LAN/Audio?

Are there drivers for LAN and Audio for this MOBO?

I can have a nicely working Windows 98SE on this MOBO, but there's no LAN or Audio drivers.

The LAN chipset is Vitesse VSC8601.

The Audio chipset is Realtek ALC888.

 

And yes, I know I can just buy a cheap Realtek RTL8139, and a cheap PCI sound card but that's no fun. :)

There is no VIA VT6105 in my country available. And why is it better than RTl8139? I only need 100 Fast Ethernet.
