How to clean setup windows 8.1 64 bit from current windows 8.1 32bit without CD, USB, ...(only HDD, source windows 8.1 on hdd)?

Well, you could simply use my WinNTSetup.

 

Or you would need your Windows 8.1 32bit DVD.

 

Using the setup.exe on the 32bit DVD you can make use of the command line option /installfrom

to specific the install.wim form your 64 bit windows

i use commandline option installfrom, but error code 0x7E

i run setup.exe /?

setup.exe not support commandline installfrom.

Why are you looking for  such complex variants? You like to experiment or what? 

Why you do not want to install it like it is normal to do? All files are preserved, even the settings are preserved. Why to do this kind nonsense, like You want?

And what's the thing you think is "Clean setup"? Seems, You don't know, what is clean setup?
