Easiest way I've found is to toggle the "WYSIWYG/BBCode" button, which is the little button on the top left of the edit box directly above the "B", ie Bold, button. When in BBCode mode it exposes the BBCode version of the post which is essentially just text which is sometimes easier to manipulate. Takes practice, but is handy at times. One thing to note is that when you toggle back to WYSIWYG mode it will delete some of the trailing spaces, so be aware.
