I have an Acer laptop that originally had windows 7 home premium x64 on it. I recently installed Windows 7 pro SP1 x64. Ever since I install win 7 pro, the CPU won't below 20% usage. The system Idle Process is at 88%. Maybe the laptop can't run windows 7 pro. any ideas? any help would be appreciated.
