It came with vista business but I dont have the installation medium.Can I use my vista business oem key to install home premium ( this dvd I have) ?PS: Both are 32 bits.Thank. If you insert your Home Premium DVD and insert the Business product key it should automatically select Business for you. You can verify this because after entering the key the EULA page after will state "Windows Vista Business" or similar. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
submix8c Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 Depends on the Install Media. If it's a "strict" OEM it MAY have ONLY the "Home Premium" on it (the OEM having "stripped" the others out). You could check that by looking in the INSTALL.WIM and/or the "EI.CFG" file. If it's not an OEM-only DVD, it will probably have all of them on it, as stated above.
