Does anyone know of a good driver cleaner for Win9x?

Sure! The great freeware Driver Cleaner Pro Version 1.5 (*NOT* Driver Cleaner .NET !!!) is the best option.

I just downloaded DCP and was reading the readme file, so tell me if I have this right. I am supposed to uninstall all my programs with drivers before using it? Also it recommends using a program called CAB befofe DCP, what is that? (O I see it's part of DCP)
