Does Intel CPU Driver work on Windows 2000 ?

We can install XP cpu driver with changing cpu.inf(XP) following .

The device driver loaded on Memory and work driver.

The only thing I can say is this:

The Windows XP loads correctly the driver for the Intel Atom, using Intelppm.sys.

As far as I know, Windows 2000 don't have that driver, then stops working after loading the drivers in text mode.

In some way we must integrate this driver. It would be helpful for me.

It seems the driver doesn't have relation with CPU.

Because Windows 2000 Device Manager can't find CPU.

I think that We don't have to integrate the driver.

The only thing I can say is this:

You must change hal with device manager

I reply it on my blog that there is no atom VGA driver for Windows 2000, so you must equip external VGA.

I have tried to change the hal, but Windows 2000 didn't boot.

My video card is Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150

My bios is Insyde H2O Bios (v 1.26)

And the VGA Bios version is Intel V2001

Do you refer as "Atom VGA Drivers" the video card?

If yes, the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 works fine on Windows 2K.
