Agorima
The only thing I can say is this:The Windows XP loads correctly the driver for the Intel Atom, using Intelppm.sys.As far as I know, Windows 2000 don't have that driver, then stops working after loading the drivers in text mode.In some way we must integrate this driver. It would be helpful for me. Edited August 16, 2012 by Agorima
blackwingcat
It seems the driver doesn't have relation with CPU.Because Windows 2000 Device Manager can't find CPU.I think that We don't have to integrate the driver. The only thing I can say is this:The Windows XP loads correctly the driver for the Intel Atom, using Intelppm.sys.As far as I know, Windows 2000 don't have that driver, then stops working after loading the drivers in text mode.In some way we must integrate this driver. blackwingcat
You must change hal with device managerI reply it on my blog that there is no atom VGA driver for Windows 2000, so you must equip external VGA.There is a kernel and/or hal update which can use the two threads of the Intel Atom processors? The single core is not good, because it suffers too much.I do not search the Atom VGA drivers.
