how to install Rainmeter on Windows 7

sorry about my english I am Indonesian, I want to ask about installing Rainmeter on Windows 7 32bit with x86,

I initially installed as usual but it appears an error like this

when I read in forums that installation requires Rainmeter visual C + + 2010 sp1 and when I install

visual c + + that I downloaded this as a warning appears

please help me and give a solution

Looks like the download is bad. Download it from Microsoft instead of that other website and try again.
