Does any 1 know about the Chilltech Black cpu cooler

I have a 775 Q9300 2.5 processor and I want to try to clock it to 3.5, if not 3.5 maybe 3.0.

was woundering if the chill tech black was any good, I have a chance to get one quite cheap.

All I can find are reveiws on the the original chilltech, the chill tech black is a newer modle without the control box that you put in a 5.25 drive bay.\
