There are quite a few XP to Windows 7 transformation packs are available, but to be frank, those packs will slow down your Windows significantly. If you really want to get Windows 7 look, then download and use the below shell pack and also don’t forget to use Windows 7 theme for XP.

Why don't you use Tihiy's Revolution Pack 9? It has a Windows 7 theme, among others.

I have not noticed a decrease in performance while using it. Perhaps the only exception to this would be when I tried Windows XP's default theme, when I had 63MB of RAM...
