b-man Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 on my gf computer her taskbar has a heap of expandable arrows but mine only has a few how do i get one to appear for remote desktop???i also noticed my libraries folder has a list of folder groups or even if its just one still shows the folder groupwhere as hers just opens it like a normal folder and display the contents even if theres more than 1 folder
Tripredacus Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 It has nothing to do with Documents. Those shortcuts with the arrows show you that there is a history of using files with those programs. I'm not sure if you can "create" those types of shortcuts. I can see from my own Start Menu that not all programs support this function. Of the most "active" programs that appear in my Start Menu, these can be expanded to view recent documents: Notepad, SciTE, Word, Excel, Fireworks, etc, but my other apps like Leetch, the in-house RDP app and my compiler do not have those arrows.
b-man Posted October 25, 2011 Author Posted October 25, 2011 yeah but hers has one for remote desktop and mine doesnt.... so its possible and the documents is a different thing i want to change aswell
