keropi666 Posted August 28, 2011 Posted August 28, 2011 Hello!I poked in the registry and found the QUIET UNINSTALL commands of some windows components I want to easily remove with a .bat:C:\PROGRA~1\OUTLOO~1\setup50.exe /APP:OE /UNINSTALLC:\PROGRA~1\OUTLOO~1\setup50.exe /APP:WAB /CALLER:WIN9X /UNINSTALLRunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSectionEx C:\WINDOWS\INF\mstask.inf,,,256so I use those commands in the command prompt, the hdd works a little and no error is displayed.... next boot there is the "windows updates system files etc" but the actuall apps don't get removed, all I do is have them removed from the uninstall list... is there a workaround?thanks!
submix8c Posted August 28, 2011 Posted August 28, 2011 all I do is have them removed from the uninstall list...You mean "Add/Remove Windows Components"???
keropi666 Posted August 28, 2011 Author Posted August 28, 2011 yes, the programs still are installed on the computer but on the "Add/Remove Windows Components" they appear to be uninstalled (meaning there is no check-mark next to them...)
