Want to create All Driver Windows xp ISO?

hiya everyone!!

I want to create Windows xp with all type of Drivers(of every motherboards or many) like if i install in my Asus it will install driver automatically & if i install in my Msi Etc .

So is it possible?

How to i add these Drive in XP's ISO its in .7z format and when i use nlite it ask *.inf file
