ricktendo
I think what he wants is to overwrite the files...You have to take ownership of them Edited May 31, 2011 by ricktendo64

I would suggest you to use replacer to replace the system files.Edit: You can also use this tool to change your start orb. Orsi
All these programs r great, but any of them properly replace a mounted wim explorer.exe?I wrote a AutoIt script to use Start Orb Changer during FirstLogonCommands but it doesnt work everytime.I have no problem replace explorer.exe, what I cant do is to make Windows accept its customized version. Orsi
I read your post, but I couldnt find a way to run it unattended with <FirstLogonCommands>Update: Its pretty simple and it works perfectly! Althought I have no idea about how to make some parts of it transparent... Edited May 31, 2011 by Orsi

Althought I have no idea about how to make some parts of it transparent... Its very easy to make some part transparent mate, first of all while making your orb don't save it in bmp directly, save it as png with transparency then open that png in GIMP it a free tool, now go to channels tab in the right window/pane and then just make the alpha channel invisible and save it as bmp. That is it.Note: the orb might look ugly but don't worry it would work fine. Orsi
I found another way. You can edit the image in Photoshop, create an alpha channel and save as a 32bit BMPTks guys, everything is perfect now
