But I have an OEM Windows XP Pro disk from a now borked LG LW60 laptop and was wondering if it would be possible to make the new install Windows XP Pro instead of Home?Thanks for your help!Z Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ChiefZeke Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 OEM XP disks, when installed, are tied to the system originally installed in - doubt if you could install it on a different system.
