Adding Windows Loader To Windows 7 ISO

Hey

Does anyone know how to use vLite or another program to add applications such as Windows Loader v1.9.2 into your orgional Windows 7 ISO image? I'm trying to make an ISO image so when I explore the dvd when it's burned to see Windows Loader in the directory structure?
