I have done with my UnXP edited bootscreen,logon screen, OOBE, Billboard, Theme

but I do I edit this part...

may be this is a file in theme itself.....and my theme doesn't have its own .....please suggest how to change this part...

That panel seems to be related to the file MSGina.dll, as suggested by the file list shown in KB893056.
