Free VOB to DVD software

Can anyone recommend a free VOB to DVD application? Ive searched the list on here which doesnt provide any software to do this?

Do you have the corresponding BUP and IFO files? If so, just make an ISO and burn it. If not, search for "converters" to "generate" them.

note - don't play much with this. converted some mpg's from a jam session via Nero then just "burned" a "dvd-video".
