Guest wsxedcrfv Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Sorry if this was already covered here on MSFN, but I just found out today that Microsoft has clawed back 5 unused technet licenses for those that already have a valid/active technet license. They apparently did that at least 3 or 4 months ago.So originally you're supposed to have 10 licenses for everything, but if you didn't request all of them yet then at this point you're limited to only 5 now - Microsoft has clawed back 5 of them for each product.Is there a thread here that has already discussed this? Is there any recourse?
MagicAndre1981 Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 this was done to reduce the illegal selling of Technet keys on ebay.Technet Pro subscribers get 5 Keys per Edition and Technet Standard subscribers get 2 Keys.
