Banshee421 Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 (edited) Hello I used http://win-x.co.cc and http://lifehacker.com/386526/slipstream-service-pack-3-into-your-windows-xp-installation-cd to delete unnecessary items ( Language, MSN, Messanger and make a few tweeks) to make a up to date XP Home CD and it will not let me enter the product key it says it is invalid not correct key. It is a OEM disc SP1 slipped to SP3. I did not unattend the key in Nlite. I made a XP PRo SP3 with WMP11 and IE8 disk the same way and that works just fine with the same features. I did this all on Windows 7 x64Last Session (2011.01.02-19.53.15).iniLast Session (2011.01.02-19.58.31).ini Edited January 3, 2011 by Banshee421
Guest Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 (edited) The problem is you are slipstreaming SP3 under Windows 7. This is a known problem. You must do your nLite work under XP. I suggest you use XPMode or VMWare or VirtualBox to make your Windows XP ISO.Also you have 2 last session.ini files there. I suggest you do all your work in one nLite session.
