W2K 958470 = Don't do it! ?

In the hotfix list for Win2k (http://www.vorck.com/windows/hotfixes_2000.html) the hotfix 958470 has a note saying 'Don't do it!'. How should I interpret that? Shouldn't I use this hotfix or does it mean I shouldn't use Remote desktop or something else?
