stuck at "Completing Installation"

Hey there, Im building a new Windows 7 unattended setup, but after 1st boot it stuckts at 'Completing Installation". I've tried Shift + F10 and all files are there. If I try to reboot it partially loads Windows and tell me I have to reinstall it.

I tried to use the same disc in VMWare and it works perfectly.

What could be going wrong?

RT 7 Lite

Everything is working fine now, looks like it was an integrated driver issue, probably the video card.
