Need help to choose a software !

Hi

First of all i would like to say HI to everyone ,because im new here .

I need a software which handles with Audio Matches ,or Audio Compare ,so this software should be able to take 2 Audio Files ex audio1.WAV and audio2.WAV which in case duration of audio1.WAV is 3 sec and audio2.WAV so what i need is to know how many times is audio1.WAV is similar to audio2.WAV .

IF I actually understood what you are looking for , you want something that performs a Fourier transform analisys and comparison on the .wav's.

Do you need a sample-by-sample comparison of the 2? Or just a general characteristics?
