I made another call to MS and this time around they were much kinder . They did give me new keys , though I did ask what cause my original keys to fail , they said there was an error with them . So I really never did get a clear answer , its ok as long as these will work for me .

Thanks any ways

What she didn't tell you was how many times the day before the key was used... I am very willing to bet if you googled your key you would get several hits on it to dis-reputable sites.

Actually thats not the case , it didn't show anything on google , it shown just like if the keys are good

Your search - QWS6D-F64MX-PY2DR-B7UD8-W9OPQ - did not match any documents. ( Those are not my keys , I just made those keys up just to show you what my real keys shown on Google )

Suggestions:

Make sure all words are spelled correctly.

Try different keywords.

Try more general keywords.

Try fewer keywords.

What reason did she give you for not letting you speak to a supervisor?

She just said she not allow to do such and wouldn't go any further with the matter . I truly think she did something to my keys . Though the only explanation I got from them was there an error of some sore on my keys and nothing further to it . Made me think MS was up to something wrong but in the end I finally got new keys, Hmmmm

Try WITHOUT the minus signs, like:

QWS6D F64MX PY2DR B7UD8 W9OPQ
She just said she not allow to do such and wouldn't go any further with the matter

Well, these are the cases where you need to ask for the actual ID of the operator, and file a complain by writing, citing also the exact day and time of the call, they can trace the call on their records even if the little b**t*rd gives you a fake reference.

Same result , no difference

Your right I should of thought of that . If it ever happens again I will know better . At the time I think I was more in a shock/pi%#ed then anything because in all the years I had XP I been very care with protecting my keys and those nasty sites, Also never once did I ever had a single problem with reinstalling/activating .

Oh well , clauk it up for next time around , I hope there wouldn't be a next time
