What is PIA?

i really dont believe that "dexter" has made this applicattion...it seems too professional, and he doesnt distribute it to the public

Not only that, it looks like it redistributes non-free software, making it ultimately a warez distribution application (I downloaded a copy to see what it contained). Let's close this one down for now - use at your own risk, but don't discuss it here.
