Where XP CD can be found/bought?

I hope this question can be posted here... I have a sticker on my machine (XP Pro FR), where can I find a French XP Pro CD, must I buy it ?

Windows XP Pro can be bought in any IT shop. Should you buy it ??? Unless they give it to you for free, probably yes.

Since you don't need a serial, eBay could have some bargains.
