xboxhaxorz
I wanted to create a recovery partition that was boot able similar to those found on HP, Sony etc;I tried true image but did not fancy the gui. Is there another way that allows me to do so that doesnt have a company name or something specific upon pressing the required f key.Another reason i would rather not use true image is the fact that it has to remain installed in order for the recovery option to work. That defeats the purpose if a virus attacks and uninstalls all the programs. Edited April 10, 2010 by xboxhaxorz
Ponch
I'd begin with a search for "recovery partition".
Patosan
Take a look at BootIt NG makes imaging, partition work and multiple booting a breeze.
