hey iam creating my own window but iam getting little problem have edited winntbbu.dll but it shows error while copying and i want to add new software and themes to my window how can i add

You won't be able to replace protected system files while booted into the OS. You will need to service Windows in offline mode, either via NTFSDOS or Win PE. I suppose Linux also but I haven't used that before. You are also going to have to replace the backup file, I think is in WinSxS folder so it doesn't replace it on you.

u will have to use windows offline mode or replacer to place protect files,use nite for adding themes and software
