RadioActiveLamb Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 I'm using the 1.4.9.1 version of nLite. I copied the original files from a Windows 2000 OEM w/SP1 CD to a new folder: c:\cd\w2000Running nLite, I pointed it at this folder, and it recognized the version. I also slipstreamed SP4 and the SII 3112 SATA driver for Windows 2000. It created an ISO, which I used to burn to CD. When trying to boot this CD, I get an error: NTLDR MissingAny tips to get this resolved? I've never had this problem with nLite on XP. This is my first 2000 Pro CD.ThanksLast Session (2010.02.21-10.40.35).ini
johnhc Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 RadioActiveLamb, Welcome to the formum and thanks for your Last Session. Is that Server 2008 R2 you are using to run nLite? I know it is not W2000. I suspect that is your problem. We know that running nLite under Vista or W7 to create an XP ISO does not work if a service pack is being integrated. Can you run under W2000 of at least a W2000 VM on your system? Enjoy, John.
Ponch Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 The error indicates that you're not booting from the CD (not bootable ?) Do you see the "Press any key..." message ?Are you sure to copy all (hidden) files at 1st step ?
Sp0iLedBrAt Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 I also don't see SP4 or the SATA driver in the LastSession.ini. Taking into account it has a date and time in its name, you have made more than one uses of nLite. Please go to Program Files\nLite\Presets and attach Last Session.ini (nothing else in the file name).
