How can I replace win32k.sys without a blue error?

I tried to replace win32k.sys in Windows XP Professional with replacer http://www3.telus.net/_/replacer/

with my edited win32k.sys in Resource Hacker, but system has been crashed.

How can I fix blue screen and make my windows to run edited win32k.sys?
