Group Policy, think it is only this one setting, but have not tested this. Since it says extreme, I think you need to use the little checkbox before it shows up in the GUI.

Controlling "Administrative Tools" folder in the start menu, thought that was on the Tweaks tab.

removing dfs along with group policy will break it...
