Ok so i go to the site, I download the UL and put it in my WUD program folder. I open WUD and it says that it can't find anything. I try opening the UL with WUD, it can't detect the UL. What is wrong???

Did you try double clicking the .ULZ file ?

From the WUD site, specifically the UL download page:

When presented with the option to open or save, simply open the UL and it will automatically install itself in the WUD program folder.
