** XPIZE release 6 LITE MOD!! **

----------------------------------------------

UPDATED 17-01:

+ Luna Element 5.1 visual style COMEBACK (with enhanced shellstyle) - all credits to their creators -

+ Propper XPize graphics in setup.

Just finished packing an XPIZE MOD based on HELL RACER's release6b. (so all credits to w3bbo and hell racer) ;)

CHANGE LIST:

ENHANCEMENTS:

* Support for Remote Desktop Connection 6.1

* mstask.dll bug fixed

* Support for 32-bit icons REGEDIT AND TASKMGR.EXE (you still need to do the HEX editing manually; more info here)

* Changes in the setup tree for easier customization.

What was REMOVED in this "LITE version":

* black and embedded themes

* MCE theme replaced by the BLUE theme

* hardware-specific mods (bluetooth, realtek audio, etc)

* xpize screensaver (I kept XP 3D flag!)

* xpize "OEM" system info

* the blue boot screen

* WinRAR and 7Zip customizations ('cause I use powerarchiver :P)

* some visual styles (just kept Luna and Luna Royale)

* some of the wallpapers removed too

* removed support of OLD remote desktop 5.2

* removed the "optional" timedate.cpl tweak (it makes the clock look even more uglier)

* old 3d cursor (do I need to explain why? XD)

* custom file icons (pdf, wav, etc... now its up to your application's icon.)

etc... check it out ;)

size: 11.57MB

Pretty nice release but it blew away my avatar picture. All that shows now is my log-on name. Do you know how to get the avatar picture to show up again?

Thanks,

Dave

Forget about it. I guess the avatar does not show up when you don't use the welcome screen option.

Thanks again for a nice little fan pack.

CORRECT!! If you disable the windows XP welcome screen the user picture will be gone. That's an XP bug and has nothing to do with XPize or XPize mods.
