VPC uses pre-defined VHD "virtual disks" (EIDE, nothing special). Did you define them in the VMC?

of course! I did the same thing I do every time I install OS through VirtualPC

made dynamic HDD in the wizard, no errors what so ever

vLited Win7 asks for drive drivers at the beginning of installation

it never did that so I figure it out that this is my OS's fault
