It seems that it was last updated 2009/01/29—almost a year ago. It may be missing updates, but I haven't tried it.

And you can also use the Silent .NET Maker, which gives you the option to create a silent installer or an nLite add-on, integrate updates and merge different versions of .NET Framework.
