what program can i use to make a minus 1 music? can anyone help me? or give me the site or link

I am not sure what "Minus 1" is but a quick search suggests its a music band.

I am not sure what you're trying to do though, you need to work on your english.

i already have a burner.. i mean minus 1 = means take off the voice of the music only background music remain.. or delete the lyrics or songs just the background music remains.. like some music editor or something.. but not mixer

Unless you have a copy of the audio that is tracked out you probably wont be completely successful, but 'Audacity' is free on sourceforge and does allow some quieting. I would recommend searching for CD+G versions of the songs/albums in question as that label is generally indicative of karaoke discs.

Nero has (or had, I haven't checked that recently) a "karaoke" filter that would decrease voice frequencies, but it did not remove the voice, just dim it.
